Our theatre has limited seating. We will sell out and have no space for guests. Register early to guarantee seats. All Festival deadlines
We will be using an online registration for the delegates. If you registered for Festival 2013 all of the school and student information is in the system.
***NEW THIS YEAR***
STEP ONE: Print out the Festival Information Handbook.
STEP TWO: Look over all of the forms. They are writable PDF forms and must be TYPED online and printed out before sending to the designated State Board member.
STEP THREE: Click on the Troupe Registration & Delegate link. When choosing a Browser you must use Google Chrome or Firefox. Using other browsers (such as Internet Explorer) will cause problems. Use the Online Registration Cheatsheet to collect the information first.
STEP FOUR: All students, chaperones and sponsor will be entered in this document. Once a person is entered here once you will NEVER need to enter their information again (unless info changes).
STEP FIVE: Collect forms (see below), check for signatures and alphabetize all of your student, chaperone, sponsor forms. Check the Festival Deadline sheet and mail to the appropriate State Board Member. **Don't staple forms. Check forms for accuracy!!
Don't forget the check! Registration will not be considered complete until ALL forms are received (and correct) and check arrives.
